About

I didn't set out to become a revenue engineer. I set out to build a game.

I was born in Taiwan, grew up in Arcadia, California, and studied art at USC because I wanted to draw manga. Products became the canvas instead.

The path

  1. Taipei, AppWorks Batch 7

My co-founders and I built a Facebook social RPG. It passed a million downloads and ran in four languages. I was the one reading the numbers every day: who installed, who came back, who paid, who quit at which level. That's where I learned a product doesn't grow because it's good. It grows because somebody designed the system that turns attention into revenue.

  2. The pivot

Acquisition costs climbed until a player's lifetime value no longer covered them, and players moved to mobile. A revenue system lives or dies on the relationship between what a customer costs and what a customer is worth.

  3. B2B sales

I went into enterprise sales to learn how companies actually buy.

  4. Digital marketing, fifty-plus industries

I learned how demand is created, one industry at a time, and became one of the earliest inbound practitioners in Taiwan.

  5. Gogo Partners

I became HubSpot's first Solutions Partner in Taiwan and have run it for nine years, from one-person companies to public groups with billions in revenue.

  6. Engineering

I learned to code because I got tired of engineers telling me a design wasn't possible. Front end, back end, servers, then AI agents: customer service systems, sales pipelines, and multilingual agents for companies that sell hardware around the world.

  7. Now

Revenue engineering, hireEnna, and the school. Taipei and Los Angeles.

A 24/7 LINE agent

Connected to Postgres and the CRM, running on Railway for Taiwan customers.

Side projects: Effie Games, a game site I built with my daughter on Lovable.

The artist never left.

Fine arts and manga illustration are where I started, and they still run the show. Every product I build gets designed before it gets built. That habit is the whole method.
